When arranging property viewings you are advised to visit more than one estate agent or developer to be sure you are aware of what's available on the market.

We want you to enjoy the experience of going to Cyprus by seeing as much of this beautiful island as possible and without any undue pressure. We recommend you book a minimum oof one week's visit. Plan an itinerary to see the areas you are most interested in and only properties that fall within your budget and criteria. This will leave you time to explore the areas yourself and only after you are satisfied that you want to go ahead you can co-ordinate the visits with the vendors, solicitors and banks.

Don't be pressurised

With a very short break you may be pressurised into buying something you don't want. Take your time to be sure you get what you want. It's a big investment you are making so take your time!
